What an absolute pleasure to have collaborated with emerging UK fashion designer Danielle Elsener @decodecodecode to celebrate #woolweek.

Graduating from the Royal College of Art, Danielle showcased the versatility of our fabrics by creating a three piece contemporary wear outfit from traditional plain and pinstripe ultrafine Super 100’s wool and mohair Summerstrand suiting fabrics, naturally crease resistant and cooling in the Summer months.

Danielle’s unique Zero Waste Design System AO20 ensured the short sleeve button-down, pair of shorts and coaches jacket incorporated the famous John Foster selvedge at the forefront of the designs.

The collaboration is part of an innovative project for Wool Week led by Future Fashion Factory, bringing together emerging fashion designers from the Royal College of Art with Yorkshire mills from Future Fashion Factory’s community of over 250 manufacturers, fashion designers, brands and more.

Danielle’s outfit can also be found in Future Fashion Factory’s virtual Wool Week showroom, created in partnership with BrandLab Fashion at https://brandlab-fashion.vr-360-tour.com/e/Ne0BdQTKAp8/e
