Introducing our Signature bunch. After months of design, and development, we are thrilled to be launching our brand-new fabric collection, Signature.

The styling of our Signature bunch has taken great consideration and development, to compliment the other bunches within the range. This new Signature bunch provides something for everyone, with a large range of plains in twill, hopsack, sharkskin, and herringbone grounds. A truly varied collection of cloth.

Boasting a composition of 100% Super 160s Wool fabric, with a weight of 240/260gms, this Signature collection offers a beautiful all-season bunch, offering the perfect weight for a transitional cloth, that can be worn for any season.

A supremely soft touch wool fabric, with a light, fluid drape and luxurious handle. This elegant wool fabric is constructed with a fine 2-ply yarn in warp and weft to give the cloth stability and durability.

John Foster’s Signature Bunch, designed for tailors, executed for wear.

Manufactured to create the most exquisitely, elegant fabrics, which whisper sophistication. A bunch which offers tonal colouration for understated sartorial elegance.

Soft Ash, Smoke, and Charcoal Grey, Rich Cobalt Blue, Air Force, Navy, and midnight, all expected hues from a men’s tailoring bunch, incorporating Latte, and Coffee Brown for a more relaxed look.

Super 160s Wool Fabric swatches

Accent colours of soft Slate Blue, Delicate Lavender, Deep Gold, and Burnt Rust each craft the basis to accessorise with more flamboyant knits, ties, and colourful shirts.

The John Foster team has taken a bold decision and will be travelling over to Milan next week to take part in the Milano Unica (Idea Biella) tradeshow.

 

David Gallimore, Managing Director of John Foster, says: “With the decision to invest and participate in our first international tradeshow in almost 18 months, we wanted show a level of commitment to our global customers and the industry as a whole.

 

“As we adapt to new beginnings, we hope to provide customers with a well thought-out collection of capsule looks. The collection encompasses all our beautiful worsted suiting fabrics, but also jackets and blazering qualities as the market moves to a more relaxed dress code.

A closer look at some of our most luxurious fabrics:

Platinum – The most exclusive and luxurious bunch in our range, comprising of 100% Super 200’s ultra-fine wool cloths and 100% worsted cashmere in a selection of classic patterns.

Sourced from the Mongolian foothills and spun into 2-ply yarn gives our woven cashmere cloth strength whilst retaining its renowned softness.

The rarest Australian Merino sheep provide our Super 200’s wool before it’s spun into the finest yarns and woven in our Yorkshire mill by master craftsmen born from generations before.

Surely there is no finer fabric for a handmade bespoke suit.

 

Oxbridge Flannel – Inspired from our extensive archives and immersed in tradition, a luxurious Super 120’s worsted-woollen hybrid woven to the time-honoured double mill finishing process giving a super soft handle.

This stock supported vintage bunch blends classic shades with more vibrant hues and autumnal mixtures.
